Novelist

NoveList is the source for great books to read. Click on Browse Lists at the top of the screen and pick from Best Fiction, award winning titles, or Explore Fiction to find good books by genre.

Best Fiction allows you to choose an age level, then a broad genre like mysteries, science fiction, romance or literary. A list then appears of all the awards given in that category. Click on a list and see the titles that won. Click on a title for a summary and reviews of the work.

Explore Fiction allows you to choose an age category and a genre, but then breaks the tiles into sub-genres. After choosing Mystery, then choose from categories including detecting lawyers, ecumenical sleuths, human and animal teams, or serial murders. A list of suggested titles appears.

Click on For Readers at the top of the screen to find Author read-alikes. Choose an author from the list and find titles which are similar. Someone who likes books by Elizabeth Lowell might enjoy titles by Iris Johansen or Nora Roberts. If Douglas Preston is a favorite, books by James Rollins and Matthew Reilly may be of interest.
