Meeting Room Information:

Programs must be free of any charges and open to the public.

To reserve a meeting room you must visit the Reference Desk or call 594.5041.

Once you have reserved a room please print out and complete a Meeting Room Request Form and return it to the Library.

Fees may apply to certain groups who use the meeting rooms. For more details see the Schedule of Charges.

Two rooms are available for use by outside groups. The Plaut Conference Room seats 16-20 people. The Adrian Lamb Room seats up to 200 people. The Lamb Room can be configured in a variety of ways and some audio-visual equipment is available for use. There is also a small kitchen that can be used at no extra charge. Meetings must be free and open to the public. No admission charges, suggested donations or charges of any kind are permitted.
