DESCRIPTION:In this 3-day mini camp, students will get a hands-on introduc
 tion to letterboxing.  Letterboxing combines hand carved stamps with scav
 enger hunts in parks, forests and urban environments.  During this 3-day 
 camp, we will design and carve stamps celebrating our favorite books, hide
  them on the library grounds and write clues to their hiding spots.  On o
 ur last day, we will follow clues to find our hides and use an ink pad to 
 stamp them into our logbooks. The stamp you carve and hide will stay at th
 e library through September 30 and the clues we write will be shared on le
 tterboxing websites under trailnames for others to find.  Your logbook wi
 ll go home with you to continue you on your letterboxing journey.  Day 1:

 gbook and Treasure HuntThis class will take place in both the MakerLab and
  library grounds.  For students in grades 4-7 in Fall 2026.
