DESCRIPTION:Join us for an introduction to sewing machines.  This class i
 s intended for absolute beginners who have never used a sewing machine bef
 ore between the ages of 8 and 12!  Instructor LeeAnn will walk students t
 hrough sewing machine safety, setup and basic use. We'll put our know
 ledge to use with a beginner friendly project.  Registration opens May 1
  at 8am. This workshop will be offered three times (June 22, July 9, and A
 ugust 4)  this summer to introduce as many kids as possible to the sewing
  machine.  Please only register for one session. These sessions are made
  possible by a generous grant from the New Canaan Artisans.
