DESCRIPTION:Starting a new school year can bring excitement, uncertainty, 
 and a lot of emotions, for children and parents alike. As summer schedules
  give way to new routines, many families wonder how to make the adjustment
  to preschool or daycare feel less overwhelming and more positive.Whether 
 your toddler/preschooler is entering a school program for the first time o
 r returning to the classroom after summer break, this expert-led panel dis
 cussion will provide practical strategies to help your family navigate the
  transition with greater ease. You'll learn how to build confidence, 
 foster independence, and create routines that support a successful start t
 o the school year.Children ages 3-5 are invited to join New Canaan Library
 's Miss Rebecca for stories, crafts, and games in the Community Room 
 while their parents or caregivers attend the panel discussion next door in
  the Auditorium. Register here for the children's program.This progra
 m is offered by the Early Childhood Community Organization (ECCO) of Lowe
 r Fairfield County, with special support by ECCO partners: New Canaan Libr
