Cooks & Books, our popular monthly cookbook club, resumes this month! The theme of the fall series (September, October & November) will be Cooks & Books: Television Cooks and their Philosophies. Whether it’s their unique recipes or their personalities and joy of cooking that draws your interest, this series will explore both. Let’s dive into what inspires their signature flavors, techniques, and love of cooking.
The Library will provide a themed set of cookbooks at the beginning of each month for group members to check out. Enjoy trying the recipes of your chosen television chef, then, on the fourth Wednesday of the month, cook and bring a favorite dish from that cookbook to New Canaan Library for a potluck-style dinner and fun group discussion with other food and cooking enthusiasts.
