We are pleased to continue our partnership with the New Canaan YMCA to bring you Gentle Yoga on the Green. Enjoy the outdoors while you exercise!

This tranquil, foundation-building class is designed to introduce new students to yoga, as well as offer regular practitioners a gentle class to complement their yoga practice. Participants must bring their own yoga mat. Yoga blocks are optional. We recommend bringing a towel to put under your yoga mat. The class is designed to have modified poses so everyone has the best experience. 

In case of rain, the class will be cancelled.
