Event Details
Emma Hassan, an upcoming senior at New Canaan High School, is the captain of the NCHS's Debate and Model UN teams and brings eight years of experience to the table. The founder of the Saxe Middle School Debate Club, Emma has worked at a debate camp and served as the high school liaison for Saxe’s Model UN club the past two years. In this workshop, students in grades 4 through 8 will learn effective public speaking strategies, explore various debate styles, and master essential rebuttal techniques through fun games. Whether you're new to debate or looking to sharpen your skills, this workshop offers a fun and informative experience for all! Open to students entering grades 4–8 in Fall 2025!
