Important Registration Notes:

  • The library wants everyone in the community to enjoy our free cooking demos. Therefore, registration is open to first-time cooking demo attendees.
  • If you previously attended a cooking demo, please register and our library staff will move you to the waitlist.
  • Registration for cooking demos opens one week before the event date at 9am.

Join Tastebudsct as we journey up the East Coast for some New England Classics. During our program, we will prepare traditional Boston Baked Beans, move to the land of Shrimp Rolls, and end with one of the oldest cookie classics, the Hermit.  Together, we will learn the origins, explore some of the controversies, and savor our creations.  Bon appétit!
