Discover the magic of meals that do it all in just one pot, pan, or dish! In this engaging demonstration-style class, you'll learn how to build flavor-forward, satisfying meals with minimal cleanup and maximum impact. From hearty casseroles to globally inspired skillet dishes and nourishing grain bowls, we’ll explore techniques that transform everyday ingredients into complete, balanced meals. Whether you're feeding a family, meal-prepping for the week, or just looking to simplify your kitchen routine, this class will inspire you with practical tips and bold flavors that make one-dish meals anything but boring.

Come hungry for ideas—and leave with recipes you’ll reach for again and again

Chef Lamour Workman, was classically trained in France and her approach often reflects the skill and rigor of her education; however, she is mindful of making recipes accessible to the home cook. Her food reflects who she is, where she calls home and how everyday encounters shape how she cooks and experiences food.
