Move over, main course—the sides are taking center stage! In this festive and flavor-packed class, we’ll explore a variety of holiday side dishes that elevate any celebration. From updated classics to fresh, seasonal creations, you’ll learn how to balance textures, colors, and flavors to create a spread that’s as impressive as it is comforting.

Whether you're hosting or contributing a dish to the table, this class will equip you with crowd-pleasing recipes, make-ahead strategies, and presentation tips to help you shine this holiday season. Come for the sides—stay for the inspiration!

Chef Lamour Workman, was classically trained in France and her approach often reflects the skill and rigor of her education; however, she is mindful of making recipes accessible to the home cook. Her food reflects who she is, where she calls home and how everyday encounters shape how she cooks and experiences food.
