Event Details

Unlock the art of dumpling making in this demonstration-style class that celebrates flavor, tradition, and technique. You’ll learn how to make dumpling dough from scratch, master a variety of folding styles, and prepare delicious fillings that span cultures—from juicy pork and chive to seasonal veggie blends.

We’ll walk through boiling, steaming, and pan-frying methods, giving you the skills to create dumplings that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Whether you’re a first-timer or looking to refine your pleats, this class offers something for everyone.

Chef Lamour Workman, was classically trained in France and her approach often reflects the skill and rigor of her education; however, she is mindful of making recipes accessible to the home cook. Her food reflects who she is, where she calls home and how everyday encounters shape how she cooks and experiences food.
