Explore the vibrant culinary world of Mexico in celebration of Cinco de Mayo, which commemorates the Mexican army's unexpected 1862 victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla. Chef Catherine Macdonald will demonstrate how to prepare some traditional Mexican dishes, in some cases sharing the original versions of currently popular favorites. If you have ever wanted to unlock the flavors of authentic Mexican food, this is the class for you. 

Catherine Macdonald is the owner of Tastebuds CT - a custom catering and cooking education company. Catherine has over 10 years of experience as a personal chef, with a focus on creating healthy and delicious meals.
