The Humans of New Canaan Community Photo project celebrates the transformative power of human connection. Join us in the Library Concourse for the opening of this special exhibition, which features a beautiful gallery of New Canaanites’ faces with their accompanying statements. If you missed photo-taking day, don’t worry! Visitors to the opening will be invited to photograph each other and share their images on the Library’s Humans of New Canaan landing page.
This photography program, brought to life by local photographer Dutch Doscher, is the kickoff in a series of programs that explore who we are and the profound impact of relationships that shape our lives—from the family who root us and the friends who nourish us to the mentors who guide us and figures who inspire us.
