Shopping for cheese can be intimidating! From price disparity to over-the-top food trends, we’ve managed to overcomplicate one of the oldest, simplest and most nutritious foods. Join Cheesemonger Kate Truini-Redin of New Curds on the Block cheese shop for a taste of Connecticut’s dairy history, and learn what to look for and what questions to ask when visiting a cheese counter. 

New Curds on the Block is an all-American cheese shop in Oakville, CT that carries exclusively cheeses made in the Northeast.
