Program Description

Event Details

When winter releases its grip and spring starts to unfold, it beckons us to get outdoors which incorporates activities with varying terrain that can expose us to different risks. Athletes and weekend warriors alike require proper preparation to prevent injuries and avoid getting sidelined during the transition into spring.

Join Dr. Megan Gleason of Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty certification in sports medicine, as she discusses common spring injuries. Meghan Hufziger, DPT, will discuss preparing for spring sports to reduce the risk of injury and improve recovery if you do get sidelined.
