Happy Code Club leads us on a coding adventure through Minecraft. This immersive class invites participants to embark on an epic journey in the world of Minecraft Education.
For students in grades 3-6. Registration opens September 1 at 8am. This is a repeat of the class offered on September 23. Please only register for one session.
Set sail with Captain Papert and navigate through the high seas to the mysterious Seymour Island. Dive into the island's sewer system, uncovering secrets and solving one of the eight coding tasks along the way. Whether you're new to coding or a seasoned adventurer, Seymour Island offers options for both MakeCode blocks and Python coding, catering to a wide range of ages and skill levels.
Students have the freedom to tackle coding and cryptography tasks in any order they choose. The instructor will teleport students to different parts of the island, track their progress, and view the world through their eyes in real-time. Don't miss out on this unforgettable coding expedition where creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork reign supreme. Join us on Seymour Island for an adventure you won't soon forget!
