Program Description

Event Details

NCFIT Family Fitness is a fun, high-energy class designed for parents and their school-aged children (ages 5–12) to exercise together. This interactive session combines age-appropriate strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular activities in a supportive and encouraging environment. The goal is to promote healthy movement, build confidence, and help families create positive fitness habits together. No prior fitness experience is required.

Nicholas Rutigliano, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of NCFIT Community Fitness. He has over 20 years of experience working with adults and children to improve strength, mobility, and overall health. Nick is passionate about making fitness accessible, safe, and enjoyable for all ages, with a strong emphasis on injury prevention, proper movement, and building lifelong healthy habits. As a father of three, he especially enjoys helping families stay active together.
