Program Description

Event Details

Do you ever see those pretty pictures from NASA of colorful nebulae in our universe? Earlier this year, New Canaan High School senior Michael Telesco made an extraordinary discovery of his own -- finding a previously unknown nebula and becoming the second-youngest person ever to make such a discovery! Join us as Michael explains what nebulae are, shares the story of how he made his find, and explains what he is doing currently in the field of astrophysics research.

For grades 4-8.
