Celebrate Pi Day with us in the MakerLab! Our pi (and pie) themed projects will celebrate this mathematical concept with creativity and fun.  The day’s featured projects are sewing a Slice of Pi felt plushie and making your own mini pie from salt dough with the option of exploring the math behind these projects with geometric formulas.  Drop by the MakerLab any time between 4 and 6 for these projects and other pi fun! No registration needed. For ages 8-14. Ages 8-10 will need a grownup’s assistance with the projects.

 

 

Important Information

Participation Guidelines

If your child is under 12 years old, an adult caregiver must remain in the library for the duration of the program. If your child finishes a program early, or if a child becomes ill, distressed, or behaves in a manner that interferes with other participants’ enjoyment of the program, they may be released from class before the program’s end time. Please ensure that your child knows exactly where to find you at all times.
