About the Presenters: Bud Freund and Julie Hollenberg 

Bud Freund makes computers do what they’re supposed to do and stop doing what they shouldn’t. He has been teaching technology to users of all ages and providing technical support to small businesses seeking reasonable, cost-effective hardware and software solutions for over 25 years.   

Julie Hollenberg, co-owner of Jade Marketing Solutions, specializes in helping small and medium businesses build brands and grow customer relationships.
