Join the New Canaan Land Trust and Miss Marie on Wednesday, April 22nd at 4 pm for an afternoon in nature to celebrate Earth Day and this beautiful time of the year. We’ll start with a short nature walk and scavenger hunt then make our way to the Council Ring at Still Pond Preserve. There, Children’s Librarian Miss Marie will read a Earth Day stories and songs. What a wonderful way to experience the wonder of the changing seasons and Earth Day at the Land Trust’s Still Pond Preserve! Appropriate for ages 2 and up. Please register once for your whole family! We are counting cars not people as there is limited parking on site.
This program is hosted in partnership with New Canaan Land Trust.
PARKING INFORMATION: There are two places to park for the Still Pond Preserve. To access the southern (Kelley/Audubon) portion of the property, park across from 161 Cedar Lane. To access the eastern (Silvermine-Fowler) portion of the property, park in the parking area across from 778 Silvermine Road. Both will lead you to the center circle where Storytime will take place!
