Event Details
What is journaling? It can be a diary of daily musings of prose, poetry, or essays. Or it can be a directed effort toward clarity of the heart. In this class we will discuss the many different facets of journaling and the meditative methods that brings peace and freedom to the writer.
Please bring a notebook of choice (no computers) and pencils/pens (colorful ones for those who want to doodle) and we will begin with a meditative silence to quiet the mind. Prompts will be provided yet participants may bring pictures, ticket stubs, recipes, etc. for inclusion into the pages.
Let this class be the beginning of a summertime of daily writing and joy.
