Celebrate Lunar New Year at the Library! Lunar New Year is a two-week celebration, and this year it begins on February 17.

Join Kurt Gallagher as he plays some favorite kids’ songs for 45 minutes of fun! Best for families with children ages 5 and under! Drop-in for the first 150 families to arrive. 

Each month we will take on a 3D design project using a CAD software.  This month we will create our own musical fidgets that will play a simple melody (12 notes) when the slider passes over the bars.

What if stories could be brought to life through coding? For students from grades one through four who love stories and want to learn coding, this class is perfect for them!

Please join Janey & Friends in an hourlong string quartet exploration of Black History Month. With music spanning the ages and across the globe, including traditional Zulu music, Spirituals, Ragtime, Jazz, Classical and Hiphop.

Maker Club is an open time for students in grades 4-8 to play games, work on a project, or tinker- it is up to you.  Ten laptops will be available for computer games as well as an assortment of board games if you'd like to stay offline.

For parents of all children in preschool and elementary school. 

Learn how to use a sewing machine with a fun project.  We'll start the class with sewing basics and safety.  You will learn how to set up the machine, select stitches and then we will practice what we've learned with our project.
