Event Details
Join us for a two-day journey into the world of portrait painting. This beginner-friendly workshop is ideal for anyone who has ever wanted to try their hand at capturing the human form and expression on canvas.
In this workshop, you will develop and create a monochromatic portrait painting. Using an image as a reference, the workshop reviews composition, painting from a photograph, color mixing, and paint handling. Each student will work on a canvas to render their portrait. One-on-one feedback is given, and group discussion is encouraged.
PLEASE BRING A PHOTOGRAPH OR PRINT OUT OF A PERSON/PET, you would like to draw/paint.
