Program Description

Event Details

We will have a Chair Yoga class instead of Tai Chi on 5/24. With the support of a chair, this gentle Chair Yoga class will help you improve postural alignment, maintain pelvic mobility, reduce muscle tension and gain strength through flowing movements and focused breathing.

Please note that 5/31 is the last Tai Chi class. The series has been retired.
