Event Details

The New Canaan YMCA and Library have joined forces to bring you Tai Chi! Tai Chi is a series of slow, gentle motions that are patterned after movements in nature. It offers many health benefits to the body, mind and spirit. Most of the work is performed while standing and taking small steps. It can be practiced by almost anyone and in almost any situation. 

Please refrain from using your cell phone during the class.
