Event Details

We'll look at examples of structure that seems to defy gravity for inspiration and then learn how to use tension to create structural integrity in our own tensegrity builds. For students in grades 5-8 in Fall 2025.

Registration opens July 1 at 8am.

Join us for weekly STEAM Labs this summer in the MakerLab.  For the summer, STEAM Labs will focus on a specific project each week.  

July 1: Light-up Firework Painting

July 7: Marble Run

July 18: Laser Cut Earrings, Pins and Keychains

July 23: Origami Circuits

August 1: Cardboard Automata

August 6: Pencil Case Design
